Snitch is an alert monitoring service that allows you to:

• Monitor Telegram channels for specific keywords
• Receive real-time alerts when keywords are detected
• Translate messages using third-party translation services
• Manage monitoring through a web dashboard
• Receive notifications via various channels (dashboard, Telegram, webhooks)

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information updated.

4.1 Telegram

The Service integrates with Telegram. You must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service when using Telegram features.

4.2 Translation Services

If you use translation features, messages are sent to third-party translation providers (DeepL or Google Translate). Their respective terms apply.

4.3 OAuth Providers

If you sign in using Google, GitHub, Discord, or Microsoft, you must comply with their respective terms of service.

5.1 Free Tier

A free tier is available with limited features. Free accounts may have restrictions on channels, keywords, and alert storage.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5.4 Price Changes

We may change prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new prices.

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your configuration data (channels, keywords, etc.). You grant us a license to use this data to provide the Service.

6.3 Monitored Content

Messages from Telegram channels are the property of their original authors. We provide access to this content solely for your monitoring purposes.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8.1 Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.

8.2 Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide notice for significant changes affecting paid subscribers.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Content you access through the Service

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended inactivity

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service ends immediately
• Your data may be deleted according to our retention policy
• Outstanding fees remain due
• Provisions that should survive termination will continue

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

14.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

14.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.
